Can we swim at the events or is there swimming nearby?
When our events are at outdoor beach locations you swim at your own risk. The beach front directly along our festival’s site is a no swim zone. It is not life-guarded and there are strong, hazardous currents. The good news is that close to the campgrounds is a beautiful non life-guarded beach that is swimming at your own risk and a life-guarded beach just beyond the camping area to the north within a short walking distance.
Outside of the Festival there, our other events are in the city and have no beach. I think our CEO need to plan a pool party!
What sort of facilities does the event have?
If you can think of it, we have it! However, When at our park festivals know there are no electric or water hookups on the campgrounds, however when event space allows, nearby you will find running water bathrooms and showers, along with portable toilets around the event grounds.
Is the event handicap accessible?
Yes, the roads around the site are paved and easy to get around.
Will there be an ATM on-site?
Yes.
Are food and beverages available?
Yes, there will be a diverse offering of food available for sale and there will be just what you need to wash it down as well. 21+ to drink alcohol.
Can I bring my golf cart or motorized scooter?
No, there are no personal motorized vehicles permitted on-site.
What if i buy a ticket and then can't come, is it refundable?
No, we are sorry no refunds or exchanges. Wristband activation is required.
I am volunteering, where do I go?
If you are volunteering at the event, please come to the volunteer check in point. Look for signs.
I am trying to figure out how to get to the event but need a ride, or can offer spaces in my car, any ideas?

What is the wristband policy?
Modified or tampered with wristbands are null and void. DO NOT BUY passes from a third party. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from any third party. Scalped passes may be void.
Will set times be announced in advance?
We will make every effort to release the set times within days of the event. Lineup and set times are subject to change.
What type of ID is required to pick up passes or purchase alcohol?
You will need a Government issued photo ID or Government issued passport.
What if it rains?
The events are rain or shine.
Will I be searched upon entry?
All persons and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. Weapons and contraband of any kind are strictly prohibited.
